What rates do you charge?

We offer competitive rates tailored to your needs.

These depend on factors such as

The document format
The turnaround time
The level of difficulty of the text

How do I request a quote?

Just send us your request using the contact form and we'll email you a quote and a delivery date and time as soon as possible. Confirm the quote by email and we'll get to work.

What about invoicing?

We send out itemised invoices at the end of each month containing the relevant payment instructions. We accept payment by bank transfer in Pounds Sterling, Euros or Swedish Kronor.

How do you ensure data confidentiality?

We are GDPR compliant and we never use online translation tools unless specifically asked to do so. We are happy to sign any non-disclosure agreements that may be required.
